SO, my friends, I've been learning, I mean really learning about some things. Firstly, soy milk is better for health than is cow milk. Secondly, exercise is much better for general health than is not exercising. Thirdly soy milk just before running is a really really bad choice!
I can say this from experience... painful experience

I hate to say it, but I've experienced that pain. Chocolate soy milk + early morning jog = ow.
Although I have never had soy milk right before running, I am commenting, because I said I would.

im officially not an odwalla fan. this morning i had their protein shake. bleghw.

fyi, you need to get silk.
heres how to fix this problem. don't drink soy milk.....its not like you're dying or anything.
